Yesterday's romp with the "kids" was cut short. After about 4 tosses of the tennis balls, it began to rain. Of course, the dogs didn't mind, but I did. It rained off and on all day and throughout the night, sometimes heavy rain. Right now, we're about 11 inches above normal. Seems the drought has long gone, now.
Today is a special day. On the first Thursday of each month The Old Farts Club meets for lunch. Anyone over the age of 50 is invited to join us. Maybe I can get some pictures. We're meeting today at the Loco's restaurant on Timothy Rd., Athens, GA.
